واقع تطبيق مبادئ نظرية الاندراغوجيا لتدريب الكبار بمراكز التدريب في ضوء الفلسفة الإنسانية
The research aimed to identify the level of trainers' knowledge of the principles of andragogy (the humanistic philosophy in adult education), and the challenges they face in applying it, in addition to investigating proposals that contribute to enhancing its application within training centers, from the perspective of trainers in the cities of Jeddah and Riyadh. The research also sought to reveal statistically significant differences in the responses of sample members according to the variables of gender, city, educational qualification, and training experience. The research relied on the descriptive survey approach, using a questionnaire consisting of (27) paragraphs distributed over three axes, applied to a sample consisting of (101) male and female trainers. The results showed that the trainers' knowledge of the principles of andragogy was very high, while the challenges were average, and the development proposals were high. The results also revealed statistically significant differences in the level of knowledge attributed to the variables of academic qualification and training experience, in favor of trainers with postgraduate studies and more than 6 years of experience. However, no statistically significant differences were found in the challenges or suggestions that contribute to enhancing its application within training centers attributed to the variables of academic qualification and training experience. Furthermore, the results did not reveal statistically significant differences in the level of trainers' knowledge of the principles of andragogy in training, nor the challenges and suggestions that contribute to enhancing its application within training centers attributed to the variables of gender and city. The research presented a number of recommendations, most notably: enhancing awareness of the principles of andragogy among trainers, integrating them into professional licensing standards, designing national training guides, and holding training programs and workshops specifically targeted at trainers with less qualifications and experience.
