The study aimed to a propose perception for an ethical charter for the applications of artificial intelligence systems in education at Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Through the contemporary global trends. The study used a descriptive method in two approaches: a documentary, and a survey. The study sample consisted of education experts and artificial intelligence experts, including faculty members and individuals interested in artificial intelligence and its ethics. They were selected through purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques using a Delphi method. The study reached a set of important findings, the ethics of artificial intelligence system applications in education were categorized into ethics related to individuals, developers, and applications of ethical artificial intelligence systems. The issues were classified as issues arising from the educational process, administrative processes, and developers and applications of artificial intelligence. Meanwhile, the ethical requirements focused on educational, humanistic, technological, organizational, and environmental requirements. and the study revealed 54 criteria for building an ethical charter for artificial intelligence system applications in education. and the study presented a proposed perception for a charter of ethics for applications of artificial intelligence systems in education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Through the contemporary global trends.
