الإحتياجات التدريبية لتنمية المهارات التدريسية لمعلمات الكيمياء في ضوء التحول الرقمي
This study aimed to identify the proposed training needs of female chemistry teachers for developing teaching skills in the light of digital transformation. To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive survey methodology was used. To collect data, a questionnaire was administered to a sample of 226 female secondary chemistry teachers in Riyadh. Accordingly, a number of findings were revealed; most notably, the area stating ''the degree of meeting teaching skill needs by female secondary chemistry teachers by the training courses scored "strongly agree'' (M=4.77, SD=0.41); and the area stating ''the degree of meeting female secondary chemistry teachers' technical skill needs in the light of digital transformation by the training courses scored "strongly agree'' (M=4.77, SD=0.43). The most significant recommendation introduced in this study was: preparing appropriate electronic infrastructure for female teachers to practice technical skills in the light of a digital transformation program. This can be achieved by providing an appropriate physical infrastructure (e.g., modern computers, potential communication networks, appropriate software, active technical support, digital platforms and Net sites for facilitating communications, etc.) which includes useful plans, experiences, applications, and programs for teachers.
