The study aimed to identify the relationship between emotional intelligence and its four dimensions: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, management of social relationships, and job satisfaction among inclusive education teachers in Jordan. The study adopted a descriptive, correlational approach. The sample was chosen randomly from (260) inclusive education teachers in Jordan. The study tools included the emotional intelligence scale developed by (Al-Youbi and Chakroun, 2023) and the work satisfaction scale designed by (Qaddah and Assaf, 2013). They were developed, and their validity and reliability were confirmed by scientific research methodology. The data was collected, and the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the data and conduct the appropriate statistics. According to the findings, inclusive education instructors in Jordan have an average degree of emotional intelligence and job satisfaction. The study's findings also revealed a strong positive correlation between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction. In light of the study's results, the researcher recommends conducting studies to investigate the causes and results of the study and creating targeted programs and training courses specialized in emotional intelligence to raise teachers' emotional intelligence levels. Because of its strong impact on their job satisfaction levels, improving job and organizational performance levels, and increasing Managerial loyalty. (Published abstract)
