This study aimed at inquiring the role of academic leaders in developing Leadership skills for educational faculty students at Qaseem University. A descriptive survey method was used in this study. A sample of (634) students were selected randomly. To achieve the study aim, and questionnaire consisted of (40) items distributed on four domains. They are: the leadership skills for future, the personal leadership skills domain, the human relations skills domain and the solving problems and decision making domain. The study results revealed that the human relations skills domain ranked firstly, and the personal leadership skills domain ranked finally. The mean of the sample subjects responses on the whole questionnaire was (3.18) with standard deviation (0.66), and that meets medium role degree Also the results revealed that there weren't any statistical significant differences between the sample subjects' responses due to the academic level, academic section or the leadership training courses. Finally, the study recommended drawing the academic leaders' attention to develop the Leadership skills for the students through conducting training programs and various activities for them.
