This study aimed at exploring the effectiveness of managing the crisis of Syrian refugee seekers in the schools of Irbid governorate from teachers' point of view. To achieve the objectives of the study, descriptive methodology was used. The sample of the study consisted of (307) teachers in schools of Irbid government, that teach Syrian refugee students, the results of the study found that the (EMCSRSI) from the point of view of teachers came with a mean score of (3.36) and a standard deviation of (0.62). There were significant statistical differences in the teachers' estimations of the (EMCSRSI) due to the variables (gender, school level). Based on the results of the study, some recommendations were presented. (Published abstract)
