The study aimed to identify the degree of effectiveness of (the Ma’an Program Prevention of Violence and Addiction) and its relationship to achieve safe school environment from the principals and supervisors of schools’ point of view in the Kingdom of Bahrain, where the quantitative descriptive approach was used, the study sample included (373) principals and supervisors from the schools of the Kingdom of Bahrain in which it was applied. The program, where the study tool was distributed, which included the domain of effectiveness of the (the Ma’an Program Prevention of Violence and Addiction) and the domain of a secure school environment. The results showed that there was a high degree of effectiveness of (the Ma’an Program Prevention of Violence and Addiction from the point of view of school principals and supervisors of the Kingdom of Bahrain, the results showed a positive correlation between the effectiveness of the (The Ma’an Program Prevention of Violence and Addiction) and the achievement of a school environment.
