The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between mindfulness and academic achievement among female students at Bernie University College. The researcher adopted the descriptive, correlational approach for gathering data, administrating Mindfulness Scale as well as the Academic Achievement Scale. The study sample contained (421) female students. The findings of the study that the level of mental alertness among the female students was high, further, academic achievement was also high, demonstrating the ability of female students to achieve good results. There are significant statistical correlation between mindfulness and academic achievement, as the higher the level of mindfulness, the higher the level of academic achievement. There were significant Statistical differences between levels of mental alertness and academic achievement due to school year, as female senior students showed higher levels of alertness and achievement compared to the first year students. Based on the findings, the study recommended developing training programs to improve mindfulness, integrating mindfulness concepts into school curricula, organizing workshops to enhance these skills, and providing psychological counseling to support female students in facing academic pressures, as well as suggesting that future studies be conducted to examine the effect of mindfulness on long-term academic performance.
