The study aimed to determine the level of the role of school management in achieving job satisfaction for special education teachers in middle schools in the Green Line and its relationship with their level of performance. A descriptive correlational methodology was used, through the level of role of school management by achieving job satisfaction questionnaire, which consisted of (39) items, and the performance with teacher’s questionnaire, which included (53) items. Their validity and reliability indications were confirmed. The sample consisted of (405) principals and teachers. Results indicated that the level of the role of school management by achieving job satisfaction for special education teachers in middle school and the degree of the level of performance among teachers were moderate; A statistically significant positive correlation between the level of the role of school management in achieving job satisfaction for special education teachers in middle school and the level of performance among teachers.
