The study aimed to identify the difference between the scores of the experimental group and the control group in the level of improving the reading skill in the Arabic language for basic stage students with special needs after applying the program. And to identify the difference between the mean scores of the experimental group in the level of improving the reading skill in the Arabic language of the students. Basic stage students with special needs in the pre and post measurements. And to identify the differences between males and females in being affected by a computerized educational program in improving the reading skill in the Arabic language for basic stage students with special needs. And to identify the differences in the effect of a computerized educational program in improving the reading skill in the Arabic language for basic stage students with special needs, due to the age of the student. The sample of the study was an intentional sample of the basic stage students with special needs enrolled in AlAmal School for Inclusive Secondary Mixed Sign Language, consisting of (24) students, who were divided into two groups; a control group and an experimental group with (12) students for each group. The results concluded that: 1) There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group on all reading skills, as well as the total degree of reading skill in the Arabic language for basic stage students with special needs after applying the program. This difference was in favor of the experimental group with an arithmetic mean of (2.53). 2) There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the pre and post applications in all skills, as well as the total score of reading skill in the Arabic language for basic stage students with special needs in the experimental group, and this difference was in favor of the post application with an arithmetic mean of (2.74). 3) There is no difference in the degrees of males and females in being affected by a computerized educational program in improving the reading skill in the Arabic language among basic stage students with special needs. 4) There are no differences in the effect of a computerized educational program in improving the reading skill in the Arabic language among basic stage students People with special needs attributable to the age of the student.
