The study aimed to investigate the level of the psychological well-being and self-regulation and to investigate the relationship between the psychological well-being and self-regulation. And tried to reveal if self-regulation can be a predictor of psychological well-being among female students counsellors at education administration in Sabia. The researcher used the descriptive method. The sample of the study was (188) female students counsellors at education administration in Sabia. They were chosen intentionally during the second semester of the year 1444 h and the scales of psychological well-being and self-regulation were prepared by the researcher. The results of the research showed that there was a high level of psychological well-being and self-regulation among female students counsellors at education administration in Sabia. The results also showed a statistically significant positive correlation between psychological well-being (axes and total score) and self-regulation (axes and total score). Finally, the results found that self-regulation was a predictor of psychological well-being among female students counsellors at education administration in Sabia. (Published abstract)
