This study aimed to analyze the situation of talent management in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with regard to enhancing the capabilities of the gifted from the point of view of supervisors, directors, and teachers of gifted schools, by implementing practical strategies to manage and develop those skills, and understanding the challenges associated with implementing strategies related to their management. This will be done by studying the research problem and the questions associated with it and evaluating previous relevant studies, so that the researcher will reach that the most appropriate method for the current study is the descriptive and analytical method. This will be done by studying the research problem and the questions associated with it and evaluating previous relevant studies, so that the researcher will conclude that the most appropriate approach for the current study is the descriptive and analytical approach. The population of the current study will consist of all the supervisors, principals of schools and teachers of those schools, Mawhibah, who number (73) people, according to statistics. The Department of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the academic year 2023/2024 includes (9) educational supervisors, (29) school principals, and (35) talent teachers. The study reached a number of recommendations, including: 1) Promote the establishment and education of multidisciplinary working groups with diverse expertise to conduct comprehensive assessment and rapid identification of gifted individuals in nurseries, kindergartens and primary schools. 2) Participate in formulating permanent initiatives with the aim of spreading the spirit of creativity, innovation and talent in Arab education. 3) The necessity of establishing rules and regulations that guarantee the rights of individuals with exceptional abilities and govern the provision of necessary care services to them. 4) Creating a coherent and comprehensive media strategy to increase public knowledge of the field of giftedness and the various psychological, cognitive, educational and social requirements of the gifted. 5) Providing professional development for teachers in nurseries and kindergartens to enhance their ability to effectively identify and support gifted people.
