The research seeks to identify the impact of digital television on the attitudes of students of the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait, and the research used the descriptive approach, and the research community consisted of all students of the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait, while the sample of the current research consisted of (50) female students of the year the second from the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait, their ages range between (20: 22) years, and the validity and reliability of the first and second axis were calculated based on an exploratory sample of (50) single, and the research tool was prepared and developed, which is a questionnaire The results concluded that the reality of the positive impact of digital TV on the attitudes of female students of the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait is that digital TV opens up the field of knowledge for me about developments in important issues in Kuwaiti society, as it came with an arithmetic mean of (2.65), and the standard deviation reached (. 54), and the reality of the negative effect of digital TV on the attitudes of female students of the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait is that digital TV encourages uttering impolite words, as the arithmetic mean was (2.69), and the standard deviation was (0.52).
