فعالية برنامج تدريبي قائم على متطلبات التحول الرقمي في تنمية بعض الكفايات التقنية لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية الأزهرية
The study aimed to develop some technical competencies among secondary school teachers in Al-Azhar institutes by presenting a training program based on the requirements of digital transformation. The training program is based on the requirements of digital transformation, and the semi-experimental approach was used in conducting the study. The study sample included (60) male and female secondary school teachers in the Al-Azhar Educational Administration, and the special tools of the study were used, represented by the achievement test for the cognitive side. And the observation card of the performance aspect of the technical competencies under study, and the study concluded that there is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the teachers of the experimental group, and the scores of the teachers of the control group in the post application of the cognitive aspect test, as well as the observation card of the performance aspect of the competencies, and this confirms the effectiveness. The training program based on the requirements of digital transformation in developing the level of achievement of the knowledge aspect and the level of performance of the technical competencies among the members of the experimental sample of secondary school teachers at Al-Azhar institutes.
