دور تطبيق الحوكمة في تحسين مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى مدراء المدارس في مديرية التربية والتعليم في محافظة مأدبا، الأردن
The study aimed to find out the role of applying governance in improving the level of job performance among school principals in the Directorate of Education in Madaba Governorate. To achieve this, the study followed the descriptive survey approach. Their number is (58) male and female principals from education schools in Madaba governorate, who were selected using the stratified cluster method. After collecting the data, they were analyzed statistically using the statistical analysis program (SPSS). And education in Madaba Governorate, where the average of the application of governance in the Directorate of Education in Madaba Governorate was (4.46), with a high degree, and that the average improvement in the level of job performance among managers there was (4.36), with a high degree. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences. To improve the level of job performance due to gender, and there are differences attributed only to the academic qualification and in favor of postgraduate studies. In light of the results, the study recommended several recommendations. (Published abstract)
