بعض الأنماط القيادية كمدخل لإرساء ثقافة الإبداع المؤسسي بالمدارس المتوسطة في الكويت : دراسة تحليلية
The aim of the research is to reach the most important procedural proposals to establish the of leadership styles to establish a culture of institutional creativity in middle schools in Kuwait. The research followed the descriptive method. The research presented many proposals: providing an organizational framework to build the creative capabilities of employees by paying attention to the school's long- and short-term plans, spreading the culture of institutional creativity through conferences, seminars and meetings in which administrative leaders participate. The research also emphasized the need for continuous review to evaluate training programs and reformulate them to keep pace with knowledge developments. This is achieved through some mechanisms, including: providing training courses for candidates to hold leadership positions in the school, providing training programs to develop the creative abilities of employees, examining the training programs offered to ensure that the objectives fit the specific needs of the trainees.
