Investing in human capital is an effort aimed at investing in people in quantity and quality in order to enhance practical and professional justice and thus economic growth, by enabling all levels of professions while defining appropriate strategies and plans for investing human resources optimally. This study aimed to know the impact of investing in human capital. Human capital on the efficiency of outputs according to the Kingdom's Vision 2030 by applying it to educational institutions (South Jeddah Schools). , as well as diagnosing the reality of human capital investment in it through dimensions (skills, experience, knowledge). Represented in the investment of human capital as an independent variable, and it was measured through seven dimensions: (knowledge, scientific experience, innovation and creativity, skills and abilities, teamwork, organizational loyalty, training), and output efficiency as a dependent variable, and the questionnaire was published via Google Forms as a survey tool Opinions of the study sample. The electronic link was distributed to a random sample of the respondents, and (100) valid answers were received for analysis. The statistical program (SPSS. V21) was relied upon in analyzing the data. This study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: There is a positive (direct) linear relationship between the independent variable (human capital investment) and the dependent variable (output efficiency), meaning that the greater the Investing in human capital increases the efficiency of outputs among employees in educational institutions by (78.0%), and the percentage of the contribution of the independent variable (experience) in having an impact on the dependent variable (efficiency of outputs) is (72.4%), which is a percentage that indicates a high impact. The percentage of the contribution of the independent variable (knowledge) in having an impact on the dependent variable (outcome competency) is (48.0%), which indicates a medium effect, while the percentage of the contribution of the independent variable (skills) in having an impact on the dependent variable (output competency) is (82.2%), which indicates a high impact, and finally the percentage of the contribution of the independent variable (experience) in making an impact on the dependent variable (efficiency of outputs) is (72.4%), which indicates a high impact. The two researchers recommended more internal communication in the schools of southern Jeddah in order to define the strategic goals and their relevance to the goals of Vision 2030, and the need to adopt the type of promotion that is based on a combination of seniority and selection based on competence in promoting employees, because this leads to job stability and optimal investment of human resources, as they indicated. To the importance of linking the outputs of educational work in the field of training to achieve the requirements of development, and the two researchers suggest to Jeddah education schools to hold forums and conferences under the auspices of the Ministry of Education to support creative ideas for the development of education and work and to help and attract qualified workers.
