إستراتيجيات إدارة الذات والتنبؤ بدافعية الإنجاز الأكاديمي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية
The aim of the research is to identify the relationship between the motives of academic achievement and self-management strategies and to predict the motives of academic achievement from self-management strategies among middle school students, on a sample of (350) male and female students in the first, second and third grades of middle school from schools affiliated to the Educational Channels Administration Affiliated to the Directorate of Education in Sharkia Governorate, which are: (Dr. Muhammad Al-Salhi School, Preparatory School for Boys, Martyr Tariq Sameh Mubasher School) Their ages ranged between (12:15) years, with an average of 13.5 years, and after using the descriptive-relational approach and applying the scale of management strategies Self-management prepared by the researcher and the measure of academic achievement motivation. The most important results revealed that there is a positive correlation and statistical significance between the degrees of self-management strategies (dimensions and total degrees), and the degrees of academic achievement motivation (dimensions and total degrees) for male and female middle school students. Achievement motivation can be predicted. Some of the self-management strategies of middle school students are based on the following equation: The total score for achievement motivation = 21,854 + (0,680) x (goal setting score) + (0.532) x (the degree of self-monitoring) + (0.461) x (the degree of self-enhancement).
