درجة توظيف إستراتيجية الأسئلة السابرة في تدريس مهارات الفهم القرائي لدى معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية في المرحلة الثانوية بمنطقة القصيم
This study aimed to identify the degree of application of probing questions strategy in teaching reading comprehension skills among English language teachers in the secondary stage from the point of view of educational supervisors in Al- Qassim region. To apply the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. The data were collected from the questionnaire. the study sample consisted of (13) of English language supervisors in Al-Qassim region. The results showed that the degree of application of probing questions in teaching literal comprehension skills came with an average of (3.13) which shows that the degree of application probing questions among English teachers was average. Secondly, critical comprehension skills came with the average of (2.57) which shows that the degree of application probing questions among English teachers was weak. Finally, inferential comprehension skills came with the average of (2.49) which shows that the degree of application probing questions among English teachers was weak. (Published abstract)
