The research aims at knowing the influence of acouneling program in reducing the cheating behavior of the preparatory stage students. The sample consists of two group (10) a boy and girl the two measurements and (10) boys and girls experiments and the cheating measurement have been applied on them and the counseling program have been applied on the experimental group, Results of the study: There are significant statistical differences among middle ranks of the experimental group in the pre and post measurements on the cheating scale of the preparatory school students on, 01 level in favor of the post measurements. There are significant statistical differences among middle ranks of the post measurement between both of the experimental and control groups on the cheating in exams scale, 01 level in favor of the experimental group of the preparatory school students. There are significant statistical differences among middle ranks of the experimental groups in the pre and tracing (after a month of the program end) measurements on the cheating in exams scale of the preparatory school students.
