This study aimed to illustrate the relationship between burnout and job satisfaction of Pronunciation training teachers based on some changes. In order to achieve this objective, the researcher used the correlative descriptive method, Alzahrani (2020) scale and Maslach and Jackson (1981) scale. The population included all Pronunciation training teachers in all governmental special education establishments (males and females), all stages, in Makkah region with number (149) teachers. Because the sample size is small, the researcher adopted the comprehensive sampling method and received (120) responses. The results ensured that Pronunciation training teachers in Makkah region are highly satisfied whereas personal and social satisfaction was in the first rank with high level, followed by incentives and salaries, then work nature and finally satisfaction about administration and supervision with intermediate level. Also, the results indicated that there is statistically significant negative relationship between burnout and job satisfaction of pronunciation training teachers. Besides, it is found that there is no statistically significant differences between burnout and job satisfaction of Pronunciation training teachers concerning sex variable, however, there was statistical differences concerning experience years variable in favor of those who have less than 3 years’ experience and concerning work nature in favor (Autism Educational Institute), and concerning training courses variable in favor of those who have less than 3 courses. Based on these results, the study recommended encouraging Pronunciation training teachers to build positive relationships with their colleagues and language disorder children families to reduce burnout; introducing material and moral incentives to Pronunciation training teachers; helping those teachers to replace negative anxiety feelings with positive feelings through providing them with personal and social skills.
