The aim of the research is to identify the level of psychological empowerment and its components for primary stage teachers, and to examine the difference between the average scores of male and female teachers in each of: psychological empowerment and its components, and job burnout and its components, in addition to examining the nature of the relationship between psychological empowerment and job burnout, in a sample of teachers of the stage the primary school had a size of 800 teachers and teachers. The psychological empowerment scale and the job burnout scale were applied to it, and based on the theoretical framework from which the research concepts were derived, in addition to extrapolating the results of a sample of previous research, the following hypotheses were derived: 1) The level of psychological empowerment and its components is high for teachers of the stage Primary. 2) There is no significant difference between the mean scores of primary stage teachers in psychological empowerment and its components. 3) There is no substantial difference between the average grades of primary stage teachers in job burnout and its components. 4) There is a substantial negative relationship between psychological empowerment and job burnout for primary stage teachers. Using a one-sample t-test, two independent samples t-test, and Pearson correlation coefficient, the results indicated that the level of psychological empowerment and its components among primary school teachers is high, and there was no significant difference between male and female teachers in: psychological empowerment and its components, and in job burnout and its components, in When a significant negative relationship was found between psychological empowerment and job burnout.
