This study aimed to identify the role of university business incubators in developing the entrepreneurial culture among students who own emerging enterprises in the business incubator of the University of M'sila University business incubators are considered among the basic tools for supporting entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial culture in the university community. This is what makes it necessary to know and understand the extent to which Its impact on developing student entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial culture. To achieve the objectives of this descriptive study, the descriptive approach was relied upon to study a sample of students, the size of which was 60 male and female students from various specializations at the level of the business incubator of the University of M'sila. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher designed a questionnaire and through the methodological procedures followed, and after presenting Analysis and interpretation of statistical data showed the following: 1) The study found that university business incubators contribute to the development of entrepreneurial culture among students who own emerging enterprises to a large extent 2) The results also found that training programs and advisory services contribute to the development of entrepreneurial culture among students who own emerging enterprises to a large extent In light of the results obtained, the study recommended the need to strengthen the role of university business incubators in spreading the culture of entrepreneurship, especially in the university community, among students, so that they contribute to the advancement of the national economy, by constantly activating and renewing the services of these incubators, and by educating students about their importance, enhancing their entrepreneurship culture, and expanding the scope of programs.
