This study aimed to identify the level of teachers’ professional compatibility according the prevailing organizational climate determinants in accordance with the nature of the subject studied. The descriptive approach and the questionnaire were used as a tool for collecting data as it was designed by the researcher aiming at measuring the level of organizational climate for the teachers. The study was administered to 210 teachers who were chosen randomly from Robbah District Wilaya of El-Oued. The findings of the study showed that the level of professional compatibility and the organizational climate were low. (Published abstract)
