فعالية برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتنمية كفاية التخطيط لدروس التربية العلمية والتكنولوجية وفق إستراتيجية حل المشكلات لمعلمي التعليم الابتدائي
The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of proposed training program to develop the competency of planning a science technology education lesson according to the problem-solving strategy for Primary education. The study was carried out on a 20 teachers sample on whom a proposed training program was applied; The researcher used the analytical descriptive method, and the quasi-experimental method based on one group. To collect data, the researcher used the tools he designed himself and tested their validity and reliability: a questionnaire of training needs, a network for assessing the adequacy of planning for a daily lesson, a questionnaire to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed training program. The results of the study revealed that: 1) There are actual needs for primary education teachers in the field of planning science/technology education studies according to the problem-solving strategy From the teachers' point of view. 2) There are statistically significant differences of 0.01 between the average degrees of adequacy of planning for teaching scientific and technological education according to the problem-solving strategy in both pre and post measurements, and "t" value was (6.35). 3) The training program based on educational competencies has a high rate of effectiveness in developing the skill of planning a science and technology education lesson according to the problem-solving strategy from the point of view of teachers, and the percentage was estimated at (70.21%). Accordingly, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and propositions. (Published abstract)
