This study aims to explore the impact of psychologist-led training workshops on emotion management among first grade teachers, The researcher used the experimental approach, where pre- and post-measures were applied to a selected sample of teachers. Data was collected using observation and interview tools, and analyzed to determine the level of emotion management before and after the workshops. The results showed that the teachers achieved a significant improvement in their emotion management skills, which led to an improved relationship with students and increased teaching effectiveness. The study also showed that training on emotion regulation strategies contributed to reducing the teachers' levels of stress and anger. These findings highlight the importance of developing teachers' emotional competencies through continuous training and professional support, which contributes to improving the overall educational environment.
