This study aimed to examine a problem suffered by a significant group of school-aged children with autism spectrum disorder, namely reading comprehension difficulties, which directly affect the smooth running of their learning process. This is what we recorded by examining some cases, where we conducted an assessment of the level of reading comprehension by applying the test of researcher Qebtan Zubaida to two cases from the state of Tizi Ouzou, studying in the third and fifth years of primary school. The chronological age of the two cases ranged between 8 and 13 years. The case study method was relied upon because it is consistent with the nature of the subject under study, and the results showed that there were no significant difficulties in reading comprehension.
