This research aims at determining the capability of female Art Education teachers of the understanding of professional criteria for Art Education teachers in a primary stage. It also seeks to determine the extent of differences of capability in Art Education teachers in a primary stage according to experience and scientific qualification. Questions of the study: What is the degree of ability of art education teachers in a primary stage to understand the professional standards for art education teachers? Are there any differences in the abilities of art education teachers in a primary stage of professional criteria according to experience and scientific qualification? This research has applied the method of quantitative and qualitative approach to obtain a comprehensive analysis of the research problem. Also, will apply this research followed the descriptive analytical approach using questionnaires and interviews to a number of teachers in the same field. The research consists of a study sample on (130) Art Education Teacher which means in a statistical analysis (27.4%). This statistic number shows a good social example of art education teachers. Result of the study: 1) The abilities level of the professional art education teachers came with a very high degree. For the first place this research links the subject of art education with the life of the learner. Furthermore, the research links it with higher thinking skills, teaching skills, knowledge and cognitive skills. 2) There are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the research personnel about the total degree for the technical education teachers in the elementary stage of the professional standards for art education teachers and their sub dimensions: (specialist knowledge, cognitive skills, teaching skills, higher thinking skills, and linking article in the life of the learner) varies according to years of experience. 3) There are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the research personnel on the total score for the empowerment of artistic education teachers in the primary stage of the professional standards for art education teachers and their sub-dimensions of: (specialist knowledge, cognitive skills, teaching skills, higher thinking skills, and linking the subject in the life of the learner) varies depending on the educational qualification.
