The study aimed to identify how to manage reputation through the digital platforms of higher education institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the point of view of students. It also aimed to monitor the digital platforms most used and followed by the sample members and those related to King Abdulaziz University. The study sample consisted of 400 university students. King Abdulaziz, regardless of their scientific specializations, and the study followed the model of John Doorley and Helio Garcia, which is called comprehensive reputation management, the study concluded that the results showed that the Abdul Aziz through its digital platforms, including credibility and transparency in providing news related to students, and focusing on positive psychological and social support for students.
