كفاءة استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي "artificial intelligence" وفاعليته في دعم الأداء الأكاديمي لدى طالبات المعلمات بكلية الاقتصاد المنزلي
This research delves into the concept of artificial intelligence (AI) and specifically focuses on integrating its techniques and tools within the context of personalized learning and academic studies in the fields of home economics and education sciences. The study evaluates the proficiency levels of using AI techniques among female students enrolled in the "Teacher Preparation" program at the Faculty of Home Economics, Menoufia University. The researcher employed a descriptive-analytical methodology and developed a multidimensional scale specifically designed for the research. The sample consisted of (312) randomly selected students across different academic years. Results indicated moderate levels of AI technique utilization among the students, with cognitive and skill-based competencies showing low estimations. The students' attitudes toward AI technique usage were positive and strong. The study identified significant statistical differences in overall competency and some of its dimensions based on academic year and exposure to learning or training. However, no differences were found in competency levels based on secondary education type. Furthermore, the study revealed that the proficiency in using AI techniques positively contributes to and moderately enhances academic performance. This underscores the tangible benefits of integrating these technologies into university learning environments, emphasizing their effectiveness and vast potential in achieving educational quality and opening new avenues for sustainable learning considering these findings. The researcher recommends enhancing cognitive and skill-based competencies in students using AI techniques, providing necessary support to overcome potential challenges. Additionally, she underscores the need to update and develop university education programs, especially in the fields of home economics and education sciences, to ensure effective integration of these technologies into the learning environment.
