Aim of the study was to take advantage of modern technology in teaching Arabic singing solfège to students of the Higher Institute of musical arts in the state of Kuwait, to develop a proposed concept to take advantage of modern technology in teaching Arabic singing solfège to students of the Higher Institute of musical arts in the state of Kuwait, the problem of the study shows that there is a gap between the technology of the age lived by the student in the Twenty-First Century and the teaching methods currently used, which necessitates a scientific study to fill that gap by taking advantage of modern technology in teaching in general and teaching the Arabic solfège course in particular, the sample of the study included some the researcher dealt with the theoretical framework of the teacher's use of educational technology in teaching, the general rules for the use of means and methods of technology in teaching, the stages of using sources and Means and the foundations of their design. The researcher discussed in the applied framework a proposed concept to benefit from the EarMaster program in teaching the Arabic solfège course to students of the second band at the Higher Institute of musical arts in the state of Kuwait, through how the teacher prepares the maqams, adding the maqams in the program and writing them down, how to practice singing maqams through the microphone, as well as training on rhythmic solfège and choosing the prescribed rhythms, the researcher also explained how to analyze students ' grades, and after completing the study, the researcher came to a number of results, the most important of which: The EarMaster application is one of the most important programs that can be used for ear training, singing and rhythmic solfège for students in specialized conservatories. It is the ideal application for hearing training, singing practice, rhythmic exercise and vocal training at all levels. The program includes many different options for training on stairs, various musical positions, and various rhythmic exercises. The program provides solfège teachers with various preparation options for preparing courses for solfège branches and ear training. (Published abstract)
