To achieve the desired educational goals for the teaching process to bear fruit, it requires proper knowledge of learning techniques and different teaching strategies to provide the learner with performance skills through effective participation between the teacher and the learner. Effective impact, interaction and transmission of the impact of learning among learners, which called the researcher to prepare a proposed program that uses cooperative learning to develop performance skills on the violin. For the students of the Higher Institute of Musical Arts in Kuwait, the study used the experimental method. The research dealt with the theoretical framework and includes previous studies related to the topic of research and cooperative learning and included (the concept of cooperative learning, forms of cooperative learning, advantages of cooperative learning) and then presented the applied framework (experimental study) and there is a search application on the students of the first band at the Higher Institute of Musical Arts in Kuwait, numbering 6, and the researcher reviewed samples of the sessions of the proposed program, which contains 8 sessions. Presentation of recommendations and research summary in Arabic and English. (Published abstract)
