درجة ممارسة القيادة الأخلاقية لدى مديري مدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة نجران
The study aimed to identify the degree of ethical leadership practice among the principals of public education schools in Najran region from the teachers' point of view. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher used the descriptive survey method to suit the nature of the study, by applying the questionnaire of moral leadership and formed in its final form of (43) paragraphs spread over three areas: (personal characteristics, administrative behaviors, human relations) on a sample of (237) teachers in the first semester of the school year 1442-1443 Ah. They were selected in the available sample style and by (16.5%) of the study community of (1,439) teachers. The results of the current study showed that the average degree of practice of the principals of public education schools in the Najran region in the areas of ethical leadership was achieved to a high degree, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α=0.05) between the average responses of the study sample members about the degree of practice of school principals. For areas of ethical leadership according to each of the variables (educational qualification, years of experience, and educational stage). The study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which is that the Ministry of Education work to prepare an integrated training program for current school principals in all personal, technical, and leadership aspects, with a focus on the ethics of educational leadership, and that the Ministry work to define standards and ethical controls to evaluate the performance of school principals according to them, and to ensure School principals to continuously educate teachers about the ethics of the teaching profession, and to hold training workshops that contribute to imparting ethical concepts to apply them in a practical way.
