The study aimed to reveal the degree to which middle school principals in Rabigh Governorate practice the dimensions of lean management from the point of view of teachers. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method. The researcher applied a questionnaire to (81) teachers. The results showed that middle school principals in Rabigh Governorate practiced the dimensions of lean management to a great extent, with an arithmetic average of (8.88). The workplace organization dimension came at the forefront of the dimensions achieved, followed by the problem-solving dimension, followed by the continuous improvement dimension, then the standard work dimension, followed by the cross-functional workers dimension, and finally the Six Sigma dimension. It also showed that there are no differences between the averages of teachers’ responses on the study dimensions due to differences in academic qualifications and years of experience in teaching.
