The study aimed to identify the role of secondary school leaders in Riyadh in decision-making from their point of view and to identify the level of organizational silence among secondary school teachers in Riyadh from their point of view, and also wanted to reveal the relationship between the role of secondary school leaders in Riyadh in decision-making and organizational silence among school teachers, and there was a statistically significant relationship at the level of 0.05 between the practice of female secondary school leaders in Riyadh for their role in decision-making and the level of organizational silence among female secondary school teachers in Riyadh. To achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher relied on the descriptive correlative approach, while she relied on electronic questionnaires, which were used for the study in collecting information and data. She applied to the study sample consisting of leaders and teachers at secondary school in Riyadh, who numbered 203 leaders, while the teachers were 188. And the study achieved the following results: 1) The study sample of female leaders agreed to a (very large) degree on the role of female secondary school leaders in the city of Riyadh in decision-making with a mean of (4.58 out of 5.00). 2) Vocabulary of the study sample of female teachers who agreed to a (large) degree on the level of organizational silence among female secondary school teachers in Riyadh. 3) The sample of the study sample of female teachers agreed to a (large) degree on the level of organizational silence among female secondary school teachers in Riyadh, with a mean of (3.65 out of 5.00).
