This research came with the aim of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia benefiting from the experiences of international countries in the field of creative education and the possibility of benefiting from it, and revealing the reality of creative education for public education students in Singapore in light of the forces and factors influencing it. To achieve this goal, the comparative descriptive approach was chosen with the approach of George Briday. Because it is consistent with the nature and objectives of the study, and since the features of teaching creative education in education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Singapore were monitored, the research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: Creative education topics for general education students in Singapore focus on activities based on exploration, so Singaporean students can develop their interest and talent. in music, arts, and sports through cocurricular programs and outdoor education. These activities also give them opportunities to hone their leadership skills as well as social and emotional competencies. Saudi Arabia has also made extensive efforts in the field of creative education, thus introducing creativity into its developed curricula, and encouraging students to Innovative thinking and innovation in the ideas and topics presented, encouraging scientific and technological investigation and exploration, interest in research and experimentation, and developing analytical abilities and critical thinking among students. The researcher recommends adopting a proposed program to develop creative education among general education students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of the Singaporean experience.
