The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of organizational immune system dimensions (organizational learning, organizational memory, organizational DNA) in the departments of King Abdulaziz University's Faculty of Education from the point of view of female faculty and administrators and to reveal whether there are statistically significant differences at the level of (α≤0.05) Between the responses of the study sample in determining the degree of availability of organizational immune systems in their specific dimensions attributable to the job title variable and years of experience, the survey descriptive curriculum was used. To collect data, a questionnaire was applied to a simple random sample of (53) faculty and administrative members of the college, the results showed: The general computational average of the degree of availability of regulatory immune systems in its dimensions at King Abdulaziz University's Faculty of Education came with an intermediate degree. The organizational learning dimension came first with an intermediate degree in terms of availability in the college, followed by organizational DNA in the second place with an intermediate degree. And organizational memory came third in average and statistically significant differences came in at the indicative level (α=0.05) Between the responses of the study sample individuals in determining the degree of availability of organizational immune system dimensions attributable to the job title variable and no statistically significant differences have emerged at the indicative level (α=0.05) Between the responses of the study sample individuals in determining the degree to which regulatory immune system dimensions are available attributable to the variable years of experience, the study recommended recommendations: The leadership of the College shall provide adequate financial support and resources to encourage and support the development and learning of the College in all its departments and that there shall be electronic channels or use of technology in order to lift all information or documentation needed by faculty and administrative staff transparently and clearly to help them in the completion of their work and finally to benefit from the expertise of other local universities and different colleges that are accredited to guide them in developing development plans to improve programs and strategies.
