معوقات تطوير صنع القرار في وزارة التعليم بالمملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء أبعاد الحوكمة
The study aimed to identify the obstacles to the development of decision making in the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of the dimensions of governance. The study yielded results and recommendations, including the Ministry of Education's commitment to informing all its staff of the decision-making criteria immediately upon issuance. The ministry also establishes clear standards for evaluating available alternatives in decision-making. The study highlighted the ministry's interest in involving all stakeholders in the search for decision related alternatives. Furthermore, the ministry shows a keenness to involve educational and public administrations in formulating some decisions. The ministry declares accountability mechanisms for every decision made and emphasizes presenting the most likely alternative for voting or consultation with its staff. The Ministry of Education is committed to clarifying the mechanisms of its decisions to all stakeholders with transparency. Additionally, the ministry seeks to build trust among its employees by ensuring transparency in the procedures followed. (Published abstract)
