The research aimed to identify the effect of a proposed training program based on MiCOSA Model in developing critical thinking skills for third grade intermediate students. The research answered the questions what is the effect of a proposed training program based on MiCOSA model in the developing critical thinking skills for third intermediate grade students? The research followed the quasi-experimental Method, approach through a one-group design with pre- and post-test to study the effect training program, through the application of a research tool (measure of critical thinking skills) on the sample before and after applying the program, and then processing the results using appropriate statistical methods. The research sample consisted of a class of students of collaborating teachers to measure the effect of the program on the development of critical thinking skills of students, based on the research results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations, including: adopting the training program based on MiCOSA Model by the Ministry of Education to train critical thinking teachers. creating an environment that supports the implementation of the training program to develop critical thinking skills of third grade intermediate students, involving students in setting evaluation standards for the critical thinking course.
