This study aimed to identify the most important requirements for the development of educational training departments to achieve institutional accreditation according to the standards of the education and training evaluation authority in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The number of study members was (47) directors of the educational training department in the educational regions and governorates in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The researcher used the descriptive method. The study reached the following results: the percentage of proposing the requirements of the standard of partnership with employers extended from 26% to 72% of the total study personnel. The percentage of proposing the requirements of the governance and management standard ranged from 34% to 64% of the total study population. The percentage of proposing the requirements of the admission standard and trainee services extended from 51% to 77% of the total study personnel. The percentage of proposing the requirements of the software development standard and measurement and evaluation tools extended from 47% to 74% of the total study personnel. The percentage of proposing the requirements of the software development standard and measurement and evaluation tools extended from 47% to 74% of the total study personnel. The percentage of proposing the requirements of the trainee achievement standard extended from 28% to 85% of the total study personnel.
