This research aims to clarify the role of communication technology in achieving the objectives of teaching Arabic to nonnative speakers. The descriptive approach was used, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information, and after processing the data statistically, the following results were reached: 1) The use of communication technology in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers helps the student to acquire the skill of listening to a large extent, and this is done by training the student to recognize sounds and distinguish the differences between them while understanding what he hears from speech in Arabic and understanding the relationships between them. 2) The objectives of the speaking skill are achieved to a large extent and this is done through the correct pronunciation of sounds with distinction between movements and the use of appropriate expressions while speaking in coherent and gradual terms until it reaches dialogue with Arabic speakers and delivering speeches. 3) The reading skill is achieved to a medium degree, and this is done by training the student to read texts in a correct manner, linking phonetic symbols, knowing synonyms, verbal common, and deducing meanings from texts, while distinguishing between the level of ideas. 4) Writing skill is achieved to a moderate degree by knowing the correct way to write letters and words separately and in a continuum, taking into account punctuation marks and basic writing rules with training in using language in daily life. 5) The student is familiar with some aspects of Islamic culture to a moderate degree through the correct definition of the faith and the performance of worship with the memorization and understanding of what is available from the Holy Qur’an and the Noble Hadith and an estimate of the biography of the Prophet, peace be upon him, with the help and training of the student in order to be a caller and spreader of the Islamic religion. Based on these results, the following was recommended: 1) Continuously developing content. 2) Pay attention to practical training 3- Increasing the time allocated to teaching to raise the rate of achieving goals.
