أثر ممارسة استراتيجية التوظيف على رفع كفاءة الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين
The study aimed to identify the impact of practicing the recruitment strategy on raising the efficiency of job performance in private universities in the city of Taiz. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, the personal interview, and the questionnaire form as a tool for collecting data, which was distributed using a simple random sampling method to a sample of academic and administrative employees numbering ( 315 employees, representing (58%) of the total population of the study, which numbered (544) academic and administrative employees. The study reached many results, the most important of which was that there was a statistically significant effect of the recruitment strategy with its combined and individual dimensions (recruitment, selection, appointment) in raising efficiency. The job performance of employees in private universities in the city of Taiz, and the level of application of systematic and scientific policies for the employment strategy in private universities in the city of Taiz was average. The study also showed that the level of efficiency of job performance in private universities was average. The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which is that private university leaders should adopt a clear strategy and good employment plans characterized by fairness, objectivity and standardization. The study also recommended raising the efficiency of employees’ job performance, achieving stability and job security, and adopting the best improvement programs in those universities.
