The study aims to reveal the role of electronic management in the governance of universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the point of view of faculty members. A descriptive analytical method was used and a questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample of 371 faculty members. The study found that the contributions of e-administration in university governance in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia were moderate, and that the e-administration contributions in the area of employee affairs came in first place, followed by e-administration contributions in the area of university affairs, then faculty affairs, and finally student affairs. The study also showed that there were significant differences in the contributions of e-administration in university governance in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia between King Khalid University, Al-Qassim University and Taibah University in favour of King Khalid University.
