فاعلية التدريس المصغر في تنمية مهارات التدريس لدى الطلاب الدوليين المعلمين بكلية التربية بالزلفي ومدى احتفاظهم بها
The study aimed at measuring the effectiveness of using microteaching in developing teaching skills for international students at the College of Education in Zulfi and their Capacity of retaining those Skills. To Achieve the Objectives of the Study, the Researcher Used the Quasi experimental Approach (one group design) on a sample of ten students representing the whole community of international students in a teaching practicum course in the first Semester of the Academic year 1441. The researcher applied the following procedures: an observation card and a pre-test to measure their teaching skills, a second observation card for the same group and a post-test to measure the skills they acquired while applying the micro-teaching. after two weeks, the researcher applied to the group a (delayed) post- test to measure the extent to which they have retained the same Skills. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant difference between pre and post performance in teaching skills in favor of the post performance and there is a statistically significant difference between the post performance and the postponed performance in teaching skills in favor of the postponed performance.
