واقع أداء إدارة الإشراف التربوي في ضوء أبعاد بطاقة الأداء المتوازن ومتطلبات تطويره
The study aimed to uncover the reality of the educational supervision department’s performance and to determine the requirements for developing the performance of the educational supervision department in light of balanced scorecard’ dimensions. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey approach was used, and a questionnaire was applied to a sample of the educational supervisors affiliated with the department of educational supervision in Riyadh and its educational offices, the number is (650) educational supervisors. The results revealed that the study sample agreed with a medium degree on the level of the educational supervision department's performance in general. The balanced scorecard dimensions came in descending order as following: internal operations, professional growth and learning, the clients’ dimension, and finally the financial dimension. The study sample agreed, with a medium degree, to the requirements of using the balanced scorecard in developing the performance of the educational supervision department. Among the most important requirements: the clarity of the operational management plan to who are concerned with its implementation, the arrangement of priorities and goals to raise the efficiency of performance, and the commitment to implement the operational plans on time.
