متطلبات تفعيل دور المدرسة المتوسطة في تنمية القيم الأخلاقية لدى طلابها من وجهة نظر المعلمين بمدينة مكة المكرمة
The study problem is summarized in the following main question: What requirements are necessary to activate the role of the Intermediate level school in the development of moral values among students from teachers' point of view in Makkah? The researcher used a descriptive survey method and questionnaire as tools to answer the Study's questions as the researcher prepared a theoretical Study dealt with Intermediate level education, its concept, objectives, and importance, and growth characteristics of Intermediate level school student. The study also dealt with moral values, its concept, importance and characteristics, the values in Islamic education, and the role of the school in the development of moral values. The researcher had reviewed the previous studies and commented on them, and had built the Study tool and applied it to a sample consisted of (376) teachers, and then analyzed and interpreted the results, which were as follows: 1) The most significant requirement of activating the school management role in the development of moral values among students was represented in a school management endowed with ethical values, emphasizing the moral values in the school's message, and providing incentives for school management excellent in the development of moral values. 2) The most significant requirement of activating the teacher's role in the development of moral values among students was represented in respecting and appreciating the social status of teachers, improving their job conditions, and guiding them to be endowed with the characteristics of good examples. 3) The most significant requirement of activating the role of student activism in the development of moral values among students was represented in equipping the school building with the necessary to practice student activism, allocating parts of the school broadcast to moral values and designing ethical standards for the selection of activism leading teacher. 4) The most significant requirement of activating the role of education curriculum in the development of moral values among students was represented in education curriculum including moral values appropriate to the Intermediate level school student in accordance with the curriculum's nature, directing the educational experiences towards the development of moral values and conducting purposeful school activities to develop the moral values.
