The research aimed to identify the degree of achievement of institutional happiness indicators for job quality at Umm Al-Qura University from the point of view of its employees, and to reveal the presence of statistically significant differences between these indicators due to gender, academic qualification, and experience. The research found that institutional happiness indicators for job quality; were within (medium) achievement. The dimension of professional growth came in the first place, while stability and job security came in the last place. Also, there were no statistically significant differences in the indicators due to gender, while there were due to academic qualification and experience in favor of employees who hold a master's or doctorate degree; With less than 5 years of experience. Based on the findings, several recommendations were made, including the necessity to provide a procedural guide for institutional happiness indicators for job quality and how to measure the level of happiness in the work environment in view of it. Establish a declared system of incentives and rewards with clear and specific criteria related to efficient performance and Improving work environment to become attractive for creative ideas and innovations by employees.
