The study aims to identify the degree to which educational supervisors practice the dimensions of organizational intelligence in The City of Mecca from the point of view of secondary school teachers, through its dimensions (strategic vision, desire for change, dissemination of knowledge, performance pressure), and to identify statistically significant differences about the degree to which educational supervisors practice the dimensions of organizational intelligence, through variables of study: years of experience, its education office. The study was based on the descriptive survey method, and the use of resolution as a study tool, and applied to a sample of (360) secondary school teachers in Mecca. The research found that the degree of practice of educational supervisors for the total dimensions of organizational intelligence in The City of Mecca came to an average degree, and it was found that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of members of the research community from the secondary school teachers according to the two variables of the study (years of experience, its office).
