The study aimed to identify the mindfulness as a mediator variable between psychological resilience and psychological flourishing among university students. The sample of the study consists of (311) students from Majmaah university. The study used three scales: the mindfulness scale prepared by the researcher، the psychological resilience scale adopted from Abu Ghazaleh (2009) and the psychological flourishing scale prepared by Denier et al. (2009). The findings of the study indicated that there is a positive correlation between mindfulness and both psychological resilience and psychological flourishing, but not statistically significant. Furthermore, it found that there was a statistically significant relationship between psychological resilience and psychological flourishing. The psychological flourishing was predicted through the knowledge of psychological resilience. (Published abstract)
