The study aimed to prepare the scale of career creativity among teachers of gifted students, and to verify the characteristics of the psychometric and factorial construction. The study sample consisted of (352) teachers of gifted students in Jeddah, the scale of career creativity was applied to them through an electronic and paper questionnaire, and the results indicated that the scale consisted of (28) phrases distributed over five dimensions (intellectual resilience, intellectual fluency, intellectual originality, sensitivity to the problem and decision-making, evaluation of work and pursuit of development). The scale obtained good stability coefficients in several ways, good internal consistency of the statements appeared, the results of the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) indicated high good matching indicators, and the stability was verified using the Cronbach alpha coefficient and the half-hash. The results of the study indicated that the scale of career creativity has connotations of honesty and stability appropriate to the study sample, the study recommended focusing on the creative aspects of teachers of gifted students, and benefiting from the career creativity scale in selecting teachers of gifted students and evaluating their performance.
